Superb job
On May 2019 our mortgage insurance company conducted a property inspections. The results eluded to the termination of our insurance policy, if the major discrepancies were not addressed immediately. Among others, our roof was a major discrepancy. Our house had cedar shakes that were over 30 years old. The wear and tear inflicted by weather elements was clearly evidenced.
